Working Together

I work collaboratively with everyone - students, athletes, aerialists, performers and fellow mental health and performance professionals! I am solutions-focused with a foundation of empathy and compassion in my approach to mental training and optimization. We work together to identify your strengths, any past trauma or issues and develop a mental training plan to move forward! My certifications and trainings in biofeedback, mindfulness-based stress reduction and trauma informed practice support a holistic approach to your overall mental well-being so that you succeed.
